Returns Information
Our customer support team is available to assist with eligible returns. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive in a damaged condition. The guidelines for processing returns are outlined below. Please note that only items purchased directly from https://www.butwhy.in are eligible for return.
- Returns or replacements are only allowed in cases where the product has been damaged during transit or under other valid circumstances (final approval will be at our discretion after verification of the returned item).
- To request a return, please contact our customer support team within three (3) days of receiving your order.
- Upon successful verification of the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched within seven (7) business days or a value coupon of equivalent amount will be issued to you.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders valued at INR 999 or above. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of INR 49 will be added at checkout.
Once your order is placed, it will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Additional charges may apply for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, and these will be communicated to you before checkout.
To confirm your COD order, our team will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you within eight (8) days from the date of order placement, the order will be automatically canceled.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled on the same day of placement by contacting our customer support team, provided the order has not been shipped.
If the cancellation request is made in time, a full refund will be processed. Refunds typically take 8-9 business days to reflect in your account. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
